Volunteer with Field Operations
Depending on your experience and skills, you may have the opportunity to work alongside the Field Operations team either in the office or out in the field.

- Unpaid Intern: Someone who is qualified and looking to gain experience in his or her field of expertise.
- Unpaid Volunteer: Someone who may not have any qualifications but has the energy, time and passion to help out.
- Paying Volunteer: Someone who is eager about the cause and wants to pay to join in on the action to gain experience.
Receive College Credit: Protected-area Operational & Tactical Enforcement Conservation Training (PROTECT) Managers Course
The American Council on Education’s College Credit Recommendation Service (ACE CREDIT®) has evaluated and recommended college credit for the Protected-area Operational & Tactical Enforcement Conservation Training (PROTECT) Managers Course. The PROTECT Managers Course is an intense 16-day program, comprising a strong theory base along with field-based, hands-on practical training. With the objective of training participants in the leadership, command and management of a field law enforcement operation, the course also teaches them to design, plan, implement and analyze effective intelligence-led operational and tactical patrolling in protected area law enforcement operations. A total of five semester hours at the lower-division criminal justice baccalaureate/associate degree category was recommended by ACE CREDIT.
